It is with a sense of profound humility and immense pride that  All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, accepts the responsibility of leading the Association of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Delhi (AOGD) for the year 2026-2027. We express our heartfelt gratitude to the fraternity for entrusting us with this mandate.

As we embark on this journey, we are guided by our theme for the year: “Heal, Empower, Respect… every step of the way.” This theme is a commitment to the holistic lifecycle of women’s health.

Heal: We remain dedicated to clinical excellence, evidence-based interventions, and the integration of cutting-edge research into bedside care.

Empower: We aim to empower our patients through education and autonomy, while simultaneously empowering our medical fraternity through continuous learning and skill enhancement.

Respect: We pledge to uphold the dignity of every woman we serve and foster an environment of mutual respect and ethical practice within our professional community.

Throughout this tenure, AIIMS New Delhi will host a robust series of academic activities including hands-on workshops, MDTs and journal clubs. These initiatives will culminate in the 48th Annual Conference of AOGD which will serve as a premier platform for scientific  growth and the exchange of transformative ideas.

We strive to build upon the formidable legacy of AOGD while infusing our tenure with a vision of innovation and inclusivity. With your guidance, active participation, and spirit of collaboration, we are confident that this year will be a landmark chapter for our association.
